One day a rabbit was bragging about how quick he could run. He was snickering at the turtle for being so moderate. Much to the rabbit's amazement, the turtle tested him to a race. The rabbit thought this was a decent joke and acknowledged the test. The fox was to be the umpire of the race. As the race started, the rabbit hustled path in front of the turtle, much the same as everybody thought.
The rabbit got to the midpoint and couldn't see the turtle anyplace. He was hot and worn out and chose to stop and take a short snooze. Regardless of whether the turtle passed him, he would have the capacity to race to the end goal in front of him. This time the turtle continued strolling well ordered by step. He never quit regardless of how hot or tired he got. He simply continued onward. Be that as it may, the rabbit rested longer than he had thought and woke up. He couldn't see the turtle anyplace! He went at full speed to the end goal yet found the turtle there sitting tight for him. The morality of this story in business is the same as in real life; allow me to explain, but I'd like you first to watch this video:
In the business field, it doesn't matter how slow you build your company, as long as you don't stop.
When a Turtle manages a business, it will go slow but steady, the business will grow slowly but surely, and this is an awesome equation and a great case study you can read about in any big company history. You will find out how this MEGA company struggled to grow over the years, and such empire wasn't built over night. On the other hand, Rabbits manage their business based on the pulse, and sooner or later this business will fall apart because the momentum of the Rabbit stops. The worst case scenarios where a manager starts his business combining the slow pace of a Turtle and the stops of a Rabbit. Such business is a complete disaster!
I've witnessed many companies with many different scenarios where the top management combines the Slow/Stop momentum of the Turtle and Rabbit. Few of these situations are as follows:
